Michelle Pellegrin has joined GreyInteractive of Toronto as assistant project manager. Most recently she graduated from Queen's University. Scott de Veber is now at the agency as associate business manager. Previously he was production manager at Forbes Design Group of Toronto. David Houghton has moved from Leo Burnett Co. of Toronto where he was senior art director to the same position at BBDO Canada of Toronto. Houghton will work on such accounts as Molson Breweries and Pepsi Canada. Simi Grosman has been named vice-president of marketing at Toronto-based Algorithmics Inc., a developer of financial risk management software. Most recently he was vice-president of NCR Canada's sales and marketing support organization. Before that he was managing partner for AT&T's GIS Professional Services organization. Also at Algorithmics, Janie Harding has been named vice-president of client services. She was previously vice-president of customer service at Rogers Cablesystems, and has been director of technical support for Delrina Corp. and director of worldwide support technologies at Symantec Corp. Finally, John Lanaway has been named chief financial officer at the company. He was previously CFO of Spar Aerospace.
