OMA ADDRESSES HEALTHCARE CONCERNS

The Ontario Medical Association launched a province-wide campaign last week to encourage Ontarians to voice their concerns about the healthcare system. The ads promote a 1-800 number and an e-mail address so people can send their views to the OMA. The campaign also acknowledges public anxiety about the future of healthcare in Ontario and outlines OMA's healthcare principles. The OMA's principles are: your needs first, timely access, quality care, staying well, as well as consultation and dialogue. The ad was created by Advanced Planning and Communications of Toronto.
