CUNDARI TAKES CAMPAIGN AROUND THE WORLD
By Adnews Staff
The Cundari Group of Toronto launched a worldwide print campaign this week for Newbridge Networks of Kanata, Ont. The print ad is appearing in Fortune magazine, and will be picked up by Newbridge's international offices to be used in local publications in several countries. In addition, a TV campaign will be launched for the company this weekend in Europe and Southeast Asia. The Cundari Group won the Newbridge business in August after a competition with Roche, Macaulay & Partners Advertising of Toronto. Previously, the company did little advertising, but when it did, Newbridge handled advertising in-house, hiring small agencies on a project basis. Advertising consisted of annual reports and brochures. Newbridge decided to hire an agency now because it is expanding its target market from just major telecommunications companies to include large corporations as well, agency account director Doug Moxon told Adnews yesterday. Newbridge designs and manufactures wide and local area networks.
