CLARIS OFFERS UPDATED SOFTWARE SUITE

Claris Corp. of California recently released the newest version of its office software suite to the North American market. Called ClarisWorks Office, the suite features ClarisWorks 5.0 software, which has Internet enabling and linking, and a customizable button bar for faster access to the most used features of the program. In addition, the suite includes Claris Home Page Lite, so users can create Web pages without learning HTML programming, 175 ready-to-use customizable documents including newsletter layouts, financial worksheets, databases, presentations and Web page templates, as well as Internet connection software. In Canada, ClarisWorks Office is being promoted using PR done by Atkins & Ellis of Toronto.
