MANNING HOLDS ON TO BASKIN-ROBBINS

Baskin Robbins USA has put its $25 million(US) account up for review. The incumbent on the business is D'Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles' Los Angeles office, who won't participate in the competition. In Canada, the review won't affect the ice-cream chain's Canadian agency, Manning & Associates of Toronto, spokesperson Gary Fleming told Adnews last week. Baskin-Robbins in Canada uses Canadian-made ads, and uses U.S. creative as well.
