NIELSEN OFFERS SAME DAY SERVICE

A.C. Nielsen Canada is now offering same-day delivery of television advertising video dubs or the order is free. The company is guaranteeing 5 p.m. Toronto delivery of new TV ads that aired in Toronto the previous day, provided the order is for five dubs or less and is placed by noon. If the delivery is late the customer does not pay for the service. Video dubs are used by companies in evaluating new creative, responding to competition and reviewing strategies. In addition, each morning by 9 a.m. Nielsen will send customers a fax containing a list of available dubs of new TV commercials that aired in Toronto the previous day that are relevant to the customer's business.
