BURGER KING TOUTS BIG BURGER IN CAMPAIGN

Toronto-based Burger King Canada launched a radio campaign this week to promote its new Big King hamburger. The burger features two all-beef patties, processed cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato, onions and a special sauce sitting on a sesame seed bun. TV ads will begin next week. The campaign is geared to adults aged 18 to 34 and was created by RadioWorks Inc. of Toronto. Burger King as opened two new outlets in Calgary and Edmonton, as will open another in Red Deer in late September.
