Integrated Media Sales of Toronto has promoted Lorie Russell to the position of vice-president of the Toronto IMS division. For the past six and a half years she has been the IMS Toronto division manager. ...FCB Direct Montreal has promoted both Danielle Rioux and Mira Zaharijevic to the position of account manager. Rioux has been at FCB Direct since 1995. She is responsible for project management of the Royal Canadian Mint account. Zaharijevic, who has been with the agency since 1996, currently manages all projects for Air Canada Co-op, Aeroport de Montreal and Mondex. FCB Direct Montreal has also made a new hire. Brigitte Noel has come aboard as account manager, assigned to the Royal Canadian Mint account. Previously she was with Illico Hodes, an agency which specializes in recruitment advertising.
