FORMULA TO INTRODUCE CHINESE CARGUIDE

Formula Publications of Toronto is targeting the Chinese community with its latest magazine. The publisher will launch a Chinese version of its Carguide magazine in October. The bi-monthly publication will have a circulation of 49,700. It will be inserted in Sing Tao Daily newspaper in Toronto. Each issue will correspond to the same month's issue of the English version of Carguide, following its release date by a few days. All road tests, product information and editorial will be translated verbatim into Chinese by Sing Tao. Advertising for the Chinese edition will be handled by Carguide's sales staff. Retail advertising will be handled by Sing Tao and TM Promotion Inc. of Toronto. Formula also publishes Boat Guide and Royal Airlines in-flight magazine. Sing Tao is a partner with daily newspapers in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London, Sydney, Auckland and Hong Kong.
