D&V MAKE SEEK AGENCY D&V
By Adnews Staff
Telecomm Solutions of Orangeville, Ont. will launch its Music-on-hold phone device in September and may hire an agency to promote the product, president Dave Gardhouse told Adnews last week. The device is geared to the small office/home office market. It attaches to a phone to provide music while callers are waiting on hold. It can also advertise a company's products. Currently advertising for D&V is done in-house, but the company may look into hiring an agency in about a month. D&V will likely use print and co-op advertising to promote Music-on-hold. The company also markets Tele-Corders, which allow business people to record calls. Its Teleprivacy Plus line isolator provides privacy during phone conversations and ensures that fax or modem and credit card verifier connections cannot be interrupted. Intrusion Alert ensures that no one can eavesdrop on a private conversation without the phone users knowing. These three products have been on the market for a year. They have been promoted using TV ads on CKVR in Barrie, Ont.
