MADISCO MAY INCREASE AD SPEND

Madisco Inc. recently launched a PR campaign to promote its Puzz-Kaddy, and plans to increase its ad spend for the product over the next year, partner Marc Gueshier told Adnews last week. Since the product was launched last October, Madisco has spend $20,000 on advertising using mainly print and TV. This figure may rise to $30,000 over the next year. Ads for Puzz-Kaddy are created in-house. The Puzz-Kaddy is a hard case with an integrated handle that becomes a work table where puzzles from 1,000 to 1,500 pieces can be assembled. Puzzle pieces can be grouped by color or section and stored in the two retractable drawers which comprise of four compartments each. An adhesive curtain rolls down over the surface to hold each piece in place until you're ready to work on the puzzle again.
