KOO KOO OPENS SECOND OUTLET

Toronto-based Koo Koo Roo Canada opened its second Toronto location last week. The restaurant is being promoted using bus shelters, local community newspapers, direct mail, flyers and hoarding posters created by Impact FCB Canada of Toronto. The 3,800 square-foot outlet serves fresh food such as skinless flame-broiled chicken, rotisserie chicken, fresh-roasted, hand-carved turkey and a variety of fresh pasta dishes, salads, vegetables and sandwiches. The restaurant also features the Arrosto Coffee Bar and Colour Me Mine, which lets customers paint their own ceramics. The first Canadian Koo Koo Roo opened late last year and a third will open in September. Koo Koo Roo Canada is 40% owned by Koo Koo Roo Inc. of California.
