MOLSON BEEFS UP O'KEEFE

Toronto-based Molson Breweries has added muscle to its O'Keefe brand in Quebec. The brewer introduced O'Keefe 6.2 strong beer this week, making it available in six- or 12-packs of bottles, as well as 750 and 950 ml cans. The beer contains 6.2% alcohol, compared to the regular O'Keefe brand which contains 5%. TV and radio ads support the launch of the beer. Print ads will begin in two weeks. The campaign was created by BCP of Montreal. Some sampling will also be done.
