CRAFT SHOW MAKES CHANGES, HIRES NEW PR AGENCY
By Adnews Staff
The Canadian Craft Show Ltd. of Toronto is expanding its One of a Kind craft show and has hired a new PR agency to help promote it. The organization recently hired Juniper Communications of Mississauga, Ont. after talking with five other agencies. "We chose Juniper Communications because we feel they have a solid background and a strong track record in publicity and promotion," show director Patti Stewart says in a release. The incumbent on the business was Fruitman Communications of Toronto. The agency had the account for about 12 years. The Canadian Craft Show will introduce changes at its next show, being held in November in Toronto, including holding the event in a larger location. The organization hosts two One of a Kind craft shows each year. Advertising for the shows is done by a freelancer while media placement is handled in-house.
