Yonge North York BIA debuts new website

The Yonge North York Business Improvement Area of Toronto has launched a new website at <http://www.destinationyny.com>. The site promotes the area for its local culture, businesses, events and food. The launch coincides with the start of a six-week promotion called “Self-Guided Foodie Tours.” Consumers can choose from four tours, each of which includes four local restaurants. Participants will receive a specially-designed lapel pin at each restaurant. Those who submit a photograph of all four collected pins from a tour will be entered into a draw for various gift card prizes.
“We are excited to launch our new tourism focused website and Self-Guided Foodie Tours,” said Laura Burnham, executive director of the Yonge North York BIA. “Both will feature the unique vibrancy the Yonge North York district has to offer.”
