Anne Collins is joining Toronto Life magazine as managing editor. Most recently, she was a writer and editor at Saturday Night magazine. Collins has also worked at Maclean's, the Canadian, Harrowsmith, Chatelaine, Canadian Business, City Woman and The Globe and Mail.
..David Butters has been promoted to public affairs vice-president from consultant at public relations firm OEB International. Before joining OEB, he was chief of staff to Science, Small Business and Tourism Minister Tom Hockin. Butters has also worked in marketing and public relations at Ontario Place in Toronto.
