Sportfive Hungary signs deal with ImagineAR

Vancouver-based ImagineAR has signed an agreement with sports marketing company Sportfive Hungary to provide it with augmented reality development technology. The technology will be used to create augmented reality presentations as part of the mobile application of the Ferencvárosi Torna soccer team beginning in the spring. The companies expect this first project to lead to a multi-year license agreement. The deal was negotiated in association with Hype Sports Innovation.
“We have been part of the Hype Sports Innovation program since 2021 and greatly appreciate the opportunities to partner fan engagement mobile AR campaigns with top sports clubs around the world,” said Alen Silverrstieen, CEO of ImagineAR. “Sportfive is a top-level sports marketing company in Hungary and will be our first integration of the ImagineAR SDK utilizing Flutter. We hope this activation with the top soccer club in Hungary will grow our global partnership with Sportfive and their existing clientele.”
