Bryan Ellis has been appointed executive vice-president and general manager of ONtv of Hamilton, Ont. effective April 28. Currently he is executive vice-president and general manager of CHEX-TV of Peterborough, Ont. Ellis replaces Reg McGuire, who will retire on Sept. 1. Ellis has also worked at TV stations in Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Medicine Hat. The positions he has held include: associate producer, producer/director, commercial production manager, general sales manager and general manager. ....Paulette Goudreau has been promoted from senior media buyer to media supervisor at Wunderman Cato Johnson. Lisette Gelinas has moved from media buyer to senior media buyer. Terri Labelle and Kelly Penfold have gone from associate media buyers to media buyers.
