National promotes Seland

Mark Seland has been promoted managing partner for western Canada at National Public Relations. He will head the day-to-day operations of the agency’s Calgary and Vancouver offices. Seland joined National in 2020 as a senior vice-president of its Calgary office. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Abrio Health. He also headed the US corporate communications department for the Canadian Pacific Railway.
