Flipp acquires Reebee

Flipp, a Toronto-based technology company that specializes in the distribution of digital shopping discounts, has acquired Reebee of Kitchener, ON, a digital advertising firm that provides consumers with shopping-related content. According to Flip, the acquisition will extend its reach natioinally. Both brands will continue to operate separately, with Reebee becoming a Flipp subsidiary.
