Callia readies new campaign

Callia Flowers, a Winnipeg-based company specializing in the delivery of floral arrangements and gift boxes, recently retained True Media Canada of Toronto to conduct a marketing campaign. The campaign will take place nationally in Canada as well as in 10 US cities beginning Jan. 24, in advance of Valentine's Day. Campaign elements will include television advertising during NHL, Toronto Raptors and NFL playoffs game broadcasts, as well as a connected television promotion in association with Mediapulse, incorporating interactive video and QR codes for ordering. These will be accompanied by online videos and social media activities. Additional agencies working on the campaign include Mobiclicks and Humanity.

"This is our first fully video-first integrated campaign combining broadcast, connected TV and digital," said Raymond Tong, director of marketing at Callia. "We're thrilled to partner with True Media to help amplify our story throughout North America by implementing its innovative methodology and tactics as we grow our business. It's a very exciting partnership for us."
