Cossette Media adds one, promotes one

Cossette Media of Montreal has appointed Kim Joubert to the position of vice-president of operations for Quebec and eastern Canada. She was most recently senior manager of brand partnership at Bell Media. Prior to that, she held a series of positions at Cossette Media.
Genevieve Marchand has been promoted to vice-president of activation for Quebec and eastern Canada. She joined the firm in 2009 and was most recently a group director.
