Lewis departs Momentum Canada

Matt Lewis, president of Momentum Worldwide Canada, has departed that position to become president of Momentum Worldwide UK. Lewis spent six years at Momentum Canada. Prior to that, he was managing director of GMR Marketing. Lewis has also been a project manager at CIM.
