Sol Cuisine begins North American campaign

Plant-based food brand Sol Cuisine is conducting a campaign called “Mission North America” that features company founder and president Dror Balshine. According to the company, its intent is to change misconceptions about the taste of plant-based foods. During the year-long initiative, Balshine will visit with various North American consumers to discuss the company’s products and sitribute samples. The campaign will be supported with digital advertising, social media content, media relations and influencer relations. It was developed by Edelman of Toronto.
