GoodLeaf Farms readies CN Tower promotion

GoodLeaf Farms, a food company based in Guelph, ON, has begun a promotion in collaboration with the CN Tower in Toronto. Beginning Nov. 3, the company’s lettuce and salad mix products will be used as ingredients in a salad that will be served at the tower’s 360 Restaurant. The salad will highlight a range of vegetable produced in Ontario, also including beets, grapes and a blueberry vinaigrette.

“We are excited to be included in the new menu at 360 Restaurant in Canada’s most iconic structure,” said Allison Vaux, foodservice accounts manager at GoodLeaf Farms. “Packing a flavour punch and loaded with nutrients, microgreens instantly elevate any dish they are added to. But they also help diners feel more comfortable with their food choices, knowing they are supporting local sustainable food.”
