Classic Fire & Life Safety readies new branding

Classic Fire Protection and FCFP, two companies specializing in fire safety services, have merged to form a new entity called Classic Fire & Life Safety. The branding for the new company includes a logo consisting of a letter “C” styled to resemble a shield and a cornerstone. The name was chosen to reflect both companies while conveying an expanded focus on critical life safety services, as well as fire alarms, sprinklers and fire suppression products. The new branding will roll out during December.
“Safety and people are the cornerstones of our company,” said Francois Godin, CEO of the company. “Both of these are incorporated in the shield, the cornerstone and even in our choice of words. We’re excited about the future in part because of our strong past at FCFP and Classic but, most importantly, because of our team’s passion and strength today. The interplay between past and future seems to come through clearly in the new visual identity and signature.”
