Unifor begins election ad campaign

Toronto-based labour union Unifor has released a television commercial in advance of the upcoming federal elections. The creative advises voters to avoid the Conservative Party of Canada and its leader, Erin O’Toole. The commercial is the first phase of the union’s election season campaign, which will also include social media activities and a website at <http://www.2021otoole.ca>.
“Canadian voters won't be fooled by a new name on the bumper,” said Jerry Dias, national president of Unifor. “We know exactly where Conservative policies will take us: more cuts and more money to big corporations, while working Canadians are left behind. The next federal election is too important, and we cannot let the conservatives take Canada in the wrong direction.”
