Bombay Sapphire readies Art Project promotion

Gin brand Bombay Sapphire is preparing a summer promotion in Canada consisting of a series of public art installations. According to the company, the artworks are intended to depict the practices of self-care, meditation and wonder. The “Bombay Art Project” will run in Toronto from July 25 to Aug. 1 before moving to Vancouver from Aug. 10 to Aug. 24. In Canada, the promotion will be conducted in collaboration with curator Ashley McKenzie-Barnes and artists Ben Z Cooper, Raquel Da Silva and William Ukoh. The installations will include sculpture, augmented reality presentations and multimedia presentations. The initiative is an extension of the brand’s ongoing “Stir Creativity” campaign, which focuses on creative potential.

“The experience is designed to intentionally inspire diverse audiences to discover artistry, challenge their senses and stir creativity within themselves,” said James Fisher, customer marketing manager for Bombay Sapphire. “The installations set out to further Bombay Sapphire's goal to discover the possibilities within and encourage consumers to be brilliant and inspired.”
