New partner at Vibrant Marketing

Toronto-based Vibrant Marketing has appointed Charles Brouillet to the position of vice-president. He has also become a partner in the agency. He will conduct client service, day-to-day management and business development. Brouillet was most recently a senior director Drinkworks. Prior to that, he was director of experiential marketing and education at The High End, a division of Anheuser-Busch InBev USA.
