L'OREAL TO RELEASE TWO NEW HAIRCARE LINES

U.S.-based L'Oreal will introduce two new haircare lines in April to the North American market. One is called Body Vive and the other is called L'Oreal Kids. Body Vive is geared to adults and consists of four products: two shampoos, one conditioner and a spray that the company says adds more body to your hair. L'Oreal Kids features three two-in-one shampoos: banana-melon, cherry-almond and apricot. In Canada, TV and print advertising will support the launch of the products. It will be created by McCann-Erickson Worldwide of New York. Optimedia of Toronto will handle the media buy. In Canada, L'Oreal products are marketed by Cosmair Canada of Montreal.
