Chameleon, IDS form agreement
By Adnews Staff
Chameleon Digital Media of Toronto has formed an agreement with IDS Canada, an out-of-home media company specializing in ad displays in healthcare waiting rooms. Through this agreement, IDS will make use of Chameleon’s mobile device-based location tracking data. The system tracks the movements of mobile devices that come within three feet of an advertisement using the system.
“We are excited to establish this partnership with Chameleon Digital” said Nick O’Brien, vice-president at IDS Canada. “At IDS, we are constantly looking to improve our ability to reach health and wellness-conscious consumers across all business categories. Chameleon will allow us to implement additional capabilities for our clients, to speak to their audience during the time they are in and around the waiting room, when they are engaged on their mobile devices. This further maximizes client exposure to consumers due to our extraordinary dwell times.”
