Roots breaks Nice Together campaign

Toronto-based apparel retail chain Roots has begun a holiday season marketing campaign called “Nice Together.” It includes an online video featuring approximately 50 customers of the brand. The campaign also includes an exhibition of photographs of these people, which will be on display at a Roots store in downtown Toronto from Nov. 15 to Dec. 24 and at a store in Chicago from Dec. 12 to Dec. 24. The effort also includes various holiday-themed in-store materials.

“The holidays are a time to be together with family, friends and as a community,” said James Connell, chief customer experience officer at Roots. “Through the diverse group of people we worked with, our Holiday 2019 campaign reminds us that when we come together nice things happen. While each person's story is different, the common thread is that they are all better and stronger people because of those surrounding them.”
