RW&Co. signs seven spokespersons

Clothing retail chain RW&Co. has signed new promotional agreements with seven individuals who will participate in fall campaigns for the brand. Hockey players Morgan Rielly, Mark Scheifele, Johnny Gaudreau and Phillip Danault will appear in promotional materials for the chain’s line of men’s suits. Figure skater Tessa Virtue, actress and model Ashley Callingbull and actress Karine Vanasse will appear in a campaign for women’s apparel called “Inspiring Women of Canada.” This is the first time the chain has made use of female spokespersons. RW&Co. is a subsidiary of Reitmans Canada.
“It's so inspiring to see such hockey icons wearing our performance suits," said Lora Tisi, president RW&Co. “When I see that in the stores, the magic just takes place. When you watch a young man connect to his favourite icon in a store and then be able to reach into the rack and pull out the suit that's in the campaign imagery, the magical moment takes place there. You see him transform.”
