Global Public Affairs acquires Impact Consulting

Global Public Affairs of Ottawa has acquired Impact Consulting, a public affairs firm with locations in Calgary and Edmonton. According to Global, the acquisition will allow it to expand its operations in Alberta, with a focus on the oil and gas, health, transportation and not-for-profit sectors. Impact president Elan MacDonald will join Global as senior vice-president of national client development.
