Revlon Professional Brands retains OverCat

Revlon Professional Brands has hired OverCat of Toronto as its Canadian public relations agency of record. The company is the professional products division of Revlon, producing colouring, hair care and hair styling brands. OverCat will develop national PR programs for Revlon brands CND Shellac nail color, Vinylux nail polish and men's grooming line American Crew. The assignment includes new product launches, announcements, support for corporate partnerships, media and influencer relations and other communications efforts.
