Honey Nut Cheerios continues Bring Back the Bees campaign

General Mills Canada has resumed a promotion for its Honey Nut Cheerios cereal brand called "Bring Back the Bees" for a third year. The initiative involves the distribution of wildflower seeds for consumers to plant in support of bee colonies. This year, the effort includes a children's book called Bella and Jack Bring Back The Bees, written by Paulette Bourgeois and illustrated by Josee Bisaillon. One hundred thousand copies of the book will be distributed for free through Indigo, Coles and Chapters bookstores nationally. The effort also makes use of a website at <http://www.bringbackthebees.ca> at which consumers can request seed packets.
