Toronto Fashion Week hires Rock-it Promotions

Toronto Fashion Week has retained Rock-it Promotions of Toronto as its public relations agency of record. The firm won the account in a competitive review. The agency will manage PR for the fashion event's activities, including national and local brand strategy, event management and media relations. The next Toronto Fashion Week will take place from Feb. 5 to 7.
"We are very excited to reunite with Toronto Fashion Week," said Kate Makinson, vice-president at Rock-it Promotions. "The event is such an important one in growing Canada’s fashion identity. This season's Toronto Fashion Week and the exciting new partnership with The Collections will redefine how we engage with fashion and will highlight some of the country's top and emerging talent."
