Finnegan joins DHX Television

DHX Television of Toronto has appointed Gary Finnegan to the position of vice-president of programming strategy. He will be responsible for creating and acquiring content for the company, which operates specialty television channels Family Channel, Family CHRGD, Family Jr. and Télémagino. Finnegan was most recently at Turner International, where he most recently oversaw content for the company's children's channels Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Toonami and Pogo.
