...Promanad Communications of Toronto has made some moves at the top of the agency and added a new creative team. Bill Keenan has been appointed creative director. He was formerly the agency's senior writer. Peter Land, who had served as creative director for more than 20 years, has moved on to the newly-created position of integrated thinking director. The new creative team will consist of Michael Clowater, who will serve as the team's copywriter and Brandon Stein, who will be an art director. Clowater previously held the same position at Michael Campbell & Partners Communications, while Stein was an art director at FCB Direct Canada
