Balzac's Coffee Roasters hires Faulhaber Communications

Coffee company Balzac's Coffee Roasters has retained Faulhaber Communications of Toronto as its communications agency of record. The assignment includes media and influencer relations as well as promotional events, corporate partnerships and merchandising. The firm won the account on the basis of work it did in May on the Canadian launch of a new product called Coffee in a Cone.
"While we are proudly recognized as a homegrown collection of unique southern Ontario cafes, we never want to lose sight of the fact that, first and foremost, we are a coffee roasting company," said Diana Olsen, president of Balzac's. "The demand for our fresh roasted coffee extends beyond our cafes. Our retail partners and online presence is bringing our coffee into new territories and countries. We are working with Faulhaber to share our 25 years of roasting expertise and amazing coffee."
