Dominion Lending Centres continues Our House campaign

Vancouver-based mortgage and leasing company Dominion Lending Centres has begun a new phase of its "Our House" advertising campaign, which first began in the fall of 2016. The new phase, which will run nationally through the spring, broke during the CTV broadcast of the Academy Awards. It consists of a 30-second commercial using the tagline, "We've got a mortgage for that."
The intent of the campaign is to demonstrate the company's ability to customize services for individual customers. Two additional 15-second executions, called "Roommates" and "Rockstar," are aimed primarily at first-time home buyers and consumers with credit issues, respectively.
"We've received great feedback over the fall and winter from Canadians coast to coast who have expressed to our brokers that the ads were the reason they learned about DLC," said Dave Teixeira, vice-president of marketing, public relations and communications at Dominion. "We're going to continue to build off the successes of our 'Obama' and 'Santa Clause' ads from 2016 with additional creative and fun spots this spring and leading into the summer."
The campaign was developed by Q Media and will run in English and French on CTV, TSN, Global, HGTV and CBC. The television element will be accompanied by social media activities and online banners. Public relations are being conducted by Laura Ballance Media Group.
