Zepeel hires Shine PR, Orchestra Marketing

Mobile application developer Zepeel has retained Shine PR and Orchestra Marketing of Toronto as its agencies of record. Zepeel's application takes the form of a video dating service. Users can watch video profiles, exchange video messages and conduct live video chats.
