Rock-it Promotions gains three accounts

Toronto-based public relations agency Rock-it Promotions has recently gained three new account. Resort operator Club Med has retained the firm as its public relations agency of record for Canada. The assignment also includes media relations, special events and influencer programs. Swire Properties of Hong Kong has retained Rock-it as the Canadian PR agency of record for a new hotel called East Miami. The firm will launch and manage publicity for the property. Hyatt Hotels has hired the agency to manage the launch of its first Canadian property, Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market.
"What sets Rock-it's travel practice apart is our ability to draw on our wider lifestyle expertise," said Marela Lucero-Lee, director of communications and client relations at the agency. "Not only do we build customized PR campaigns using traditional travel and hospitality programming, but we also introduce exciting cross-category initiatives, brand partnerships and collaborations, and celebrity and social media influencer engagement."
