Rare Method hires two

Calgary-based interactive agency Rare Method has appointed Mark Vanderland digital creative director. He was previously at Critical Mass, where he did work for clients including Mercedes Benz, Nike, Las Vegas Visitors and Convention Bureau and Hyatt Hotels. Nichole Desrosiers has joined the company as director of media. She has previously worked at TMP Worldwide, Venture Communications and Critical Mass.
