CPA Canada breaks new campaign

Toronto-based Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada has begun a new national advertising campaign intended to illustrate the value of the profession to businesses in a changing economy. The campaign was developed by DDB Canada based on branding produced by Interbrand Canada. Media planning and buying is being conducted by PHD Canada. This is the first campaign from the organization since hiring these agencies in June.

Called "Navigating Change," the initiative includes television, online video, print and digital advertising in English and French, as well as social media activities and a website at <http://www.cpasnavigatingchange.ca>. The creative depicts CPAs "at the centre of the rapidly changing business landscape and effectively harnessing technology and data for informed decision-making," according to the organization. The campaign will run until March 2017.

"Business is changing faster than ever with new rules, new ways of thinking and new business models, all courtesy of technology," said David Ross, creative director at DDB Canada. "The campaign highlights that with the new business landscape comes a myriad of info and data that CPAs can leverage to make more informed and insightful business decisions."
