Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada conducts campaign

Toronto-based Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada is conducting a brand campaign called “Charting the Course.” The initiative is intended to highlight the role CPAs will play in the recovery of Canadian businesses from the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign features the ways in which businesses and individual CPAs that have responded to the pandemic. It consists of print content marketing, online video and digital advertising depicting the education, skills and experience possessed by CPAs. The effort also includes a social media component conducted via LinkedIn, as well as a campaign website at <http://www.cpachartingthecourse.ca> and a webinar on Nov. 4. It was developed by Dentsumcgarrybowen Canada and Dentsu X and will run until mid-December.

“Given the current environment, it seems appropriate for the profession to undertake a scaled-down campaign compared to previous years,” said Lyne Lortie, chair of the organization’s national branding committee. “At the same time, we are reinforcing the central message that CPAs are proven business leaders and advisors making significant contributions during this challenging time in Canada.
