Vardon joins Initiative

Toronto-based Initiative has appointed Noah Vardon to the position of vice-president and client business partner in Canada. He will lead client business relationships with the Dairy Farmers of Canada, CBC, H&M, Bose and Wind Mobile. Vardon was most recently a group account director at MediaCom. Prior to that, he was senior manager of digital marketing and social media at TD Bank.
