Marques becomes partner at The PR Department

Toronto-based The PR Department has appointed Debora Marques to the position of partner, along with agency owner and founder Brigitte Foisy. Marques joined the agency four years ago as an account coordinator. She now heads the firm's media relations and activation division, as well as its staffing activities.
