ESTONIA TO ALLOW ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO ADS

The Estonian government intends to introduce a law next month that will allow alcohol and tobacco advertising with restrictions. Under the new law, manufacturers will have to put health warnings on their product packaging. Alcohol could be advertised on TV and newspapers. Tobacco products will be restricted to newspapers, magazines, billboards and sponsorship.
