Delvinia promotes two

Delvinia of Toronto has appointed president Steve Mast to the additional position of chief innovation officer. He will lead the company's efforts at innovation, while continuing to head its consulting practice.

Raj Manocha, formerly a senior vice-president, has been promoted to executive vice-president. He will continue to head the company's AskingCanadians and AskingAmericans data collection services, and will also be responsible for the commercialization of future business in the Delvinia Group of Companies.
